EXHIBITS

Guy Chase.2From painters to filmmakers, icon writers to ceramicists, and graphic designers to installation artists, CIVA members employ a wide range of media and practices to create their art. It’s this work and the artists who produce it which are central to CIVA’s mission. To learn more about how to reserve an exhibit for your gallery space, visit our How to Book a CIVA Exhibit page, or listen to our Hosting a CIVA Exhibit podcast. While CIVA features the diverse work of its members in a variety of ways, our themed Traveling Exhibits, which tour North America for three or more years and are available for rental to be viewed by hundreds of individuals in churches, university galleries, and other venues, are an ideal forum for focused viewing and discussion.

For a complete list of CIVA Shows and Schedules, visit our Traveling Exhibits Page.

CIVA CratesRental prices for CIVA traveling exhibits–available to museums, galleries, colleges, churches, and other institutions–start at $450 per month. Venues are responsible for the rental fee and shipping, usually to the following venue, as well as insuring the exhibit while it is in situ. Digital files for labels, printed exhibit guides, high resolution digital files of all works in the exhibit and a sample press release accompany each rental. To learn more about CIVA’s traveling exhibit program, or for information about particular shows, please contact Kate Austin, Exhibits Coordinator at kaustin@civa.org.
