Art Department Highlights
The small class sizes at Malone allow for students to receive individual attention and instruction. The classes are complemented by field trips to museums, artist studios, architectural sites or excursions for drawing and painting. With Malone located a few miles from downtown Canton, a great number of art galleries and museums are close-by. The newly renovated Johnson Center provides spacious state-of-the-art studios for each area of emphasis. The Johnson Center also houses three galleries for exhibiting artwork of visiting artists, students and faculty.
Malone University provides students with an education based on biblical faith in order to develop men and women in intellectual maturity, wisdom, and Christian faith who are committed to serving the church, community, and world.
